Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to approved policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel as needed.
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina (NC licensure or multi-state compact license).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, along with professional nursing certification.
- Recent acute care experience within the past three years is preferred.
- Meets general hospital and departmental competency requirements.
- Current technical certificates, such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), NIH Stroke Scale Certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), STABLE, or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), as required by specialty area.
