Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home.

About the Role:

This position involves providing clinical services to patients in various community settings, delivering high-quality care that meets organizational philosophy, policy, and community health standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in acute care settings and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including assessment, teaching, treatment, and documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • A current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse
  • At least one year of previous nursing experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
