Strategic Commercial Insurance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Director to join our team at RRC - Ruiz Recruiting & Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Commercial Lines department and drive business growth through innovative strategies and exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to existing clients, ensuring strong partnerships and delivering premium solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Process Improvement: Ensure all established quoting, binding, and standard of service procedures are followed, continually evaluating opportunities to further improve service standards and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage balanced workloads of direct reports and contract staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless collaboration and high-performance teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor production of all products and provide regular updates to the Supervisor, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively, making informed decisions that drive business growth and excellence.
- Insurance Expertise: Strong knowledge of insurance principles and practices, with a focus on commercial lines.
- Licensing: Current CA P&C license required.
- Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on experience.
- Hybrid Work Schedule: Flexible work arrangements that balance work and personal life.
