Your Role
">You will be responsible for generating and providing commercial insurance quotes, consulting prospective clients, and leveraging agency training to match client needs with ideal coverage solutions. - Participate in daily team huddles and contribute strategic ideas to drive team success">

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent">
- Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License">
- Minimum of two years of insurance experience, ideally with State Farm, Allstate, or Farmers Insurance">
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Agency Zoom, APEX, and Adobe Acrobat">
- Effective communication and empathy when engaging with clients and colleagues">
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving goals">
- Creativity in problem-solving and finding efficient solutions">
Salary and Benefits
