The Accounting Operations Analyst role at Asana Partners presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven accounting professional to engage with a dynamic organization dedicated to enhancing community value through real estate investments. This pivotal position reports directly to the Director of Project Accounting and collaborates closely with the Investment Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily functions of the accounts receivable department.
- Execute accounts receivable management tasks, including the review and posting of receipts, managing the AR inbox, and resolving outstanding items.
- Maintain the utility management relationship with Yardi, ensuring accurate utility account information, addressing account modifications, and coordinating energy analysis and reporting.
- Handle accounts payable duties for capital invoices, which encompass invoice entry, coding, and management of the Project AP inbox.
- Facilitate job set-ups for capital projects within Yardi.
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Investment Accounting on internal recovery processes and third-party relationship management.
- Provide support and collaborate with Investment Accounting, Project Accounting, and Treasury teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline is required.
