Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Surveillance Specialist to join our team at Seminole Casino Immokalee. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable State, Federal and Tribal regulations and the protection of Tribal Assets.

About the Role

The Compliance Surveillance Specialist will observe casino activities and monitor compliance with internal control standards for the gaming operation. This includes reporting any suspicious activities and/or irregular circumstances to management and supervisors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
