Sales Management

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the global sales team, setting ambitious yet achievable targets and performance metrics.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Product and Roadmap Development

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment of products with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Pricing Strategies: Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and sales tools that support market competitiveness and customer value.

Marketing Leadership

  • Brand Management: Design and execute marketing strategies that enhance ASML's and HMI's brand, product positioning, and market presence.
  • Global Campaigns: Lead global marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive awareness and demand.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) in senior sales and marketing roles within the semiconductor equipment or technology sector.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $375,000-$525,000, based on location and industry standards.
