The ideal candidate will have a High school/GED and two (2) to four (4) years of experience in installing, repairing and troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals. Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year. We are seeking a skilled Field Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Quevera LLC. The selected individual will be responsible for providing Tier 2 and 3 on-site and remote supports for computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment. This includes conducting site surveys, assessing and documenting current site configurations and user requirements, analyzing existing requirements and preparing specifications for hardware acquisitions, developing hardware installation schedules, preparing drawings documenting configuration changes at each site, preparing site installation and test reports, training site personnel in proper use of hardware, building specialized interconnecting cables, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment, installing and configuring computer workstations, servers, printers, peripherals, and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling, maintaining government and/or vendor-manufactured fiber optic modems, multiplexer, fiber optic/Ethernet cables & telephone systems, following standard operating procedures for the Connectivity Operations Team, including the use of ticketing systems and documentation, supporting network upgrade projects or initiatives, and supporting end-user connectivity needs.
