Key Responsibilities:

  • Our Patient Care Assistants collaborate with community management to deliver tailored care to seniors and provide updates on resident status at the start and conclusion of each shift.
  • Assistants engage with residents, support their dining and personal care needs, and conduct vital sign assessments and clinical tasks in accordance with community protocols.
  • Facilitate daily living activities, including bathing, restroom assistance, and grooming.
  • Completion of a State-approved CNA/STNA program is mandatory, along with maintaining certification.
