Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with prescribed therapeutic exercises and basic housekeeping services to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a certified nursing assistant course or equivalent training.
  • Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
  • Previous home health/hospice experience as a nurse's aide, hospice aide, orderly, or related experience in an acute, rehabilitative, or long-term care facility.
