Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

RightWorks Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, running ABA programs, and providing field supervision to behavior technicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Run ABA programs and provide individualized support to clients
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians and ensure high-quality services
  • Write performance evaluations and complete progress reports
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field
  • BCBA Certification
  • 3+ years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection and report writing
