Behavioral Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at RightWorks Staffing. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and implementing ABA programs. You will also provide field supervision to behavior technicians and write performance evaluations to ensure their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement ABA programs to address behavioral deficits and excesses
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians to ensure they are meeting program requirements
  • Write performance evaluations to provide feedback and guidance to behavior technicians
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field
  • BCBA Certification
  • 3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
