Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Direct and oversee the Medical Operations team, ensuring effective strategies are in place to support our mission.
- Financial Oversight: Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Audit Management: Lead the annual audit process, acting as the primary liaison with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of all audit requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the Medical Operations team.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a CPA certification. A minimum of 7-10 years of supervisory experience in a finance role is required, ideally within a non-profit environment.
