We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OR Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $120,000 per year.

About the Role

The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the provision of care through assigning and scheduling staff, prioritizing patient care, and evaluating patient outcomes. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Clinical Coordinator will assist with Process Improvement activities, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the provision of care through assigning and scheduling staff, prioritizing patient care, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  2. Assist with Process Improvement activities to enhance patient care and workflow efficiency.
  3. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
  4. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.

Requirements
  • Associates Degree/Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
  • 1-2 years of progressively more responsible experience in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
