Behavior Consultant Job Description

US Medical Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavior Consultant to collaborate with families and treatment teams to develop and implement individualized Resiliency plans for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and direct the implementation of Resiliency plans tailored to each child and family's needs.
  • Collaborate with families and treatment teams to ensure effective plan implementation.
  • Provide mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
  • Meet the requirements for licensure as a behavior specialist in this Commonwealth.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a behavior specialist in this Commonwealth.
  • Graduate degree in ABA from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
  • Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum.

Additional Requirements for Licensed BC:

  • Licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
