Position: Sales & Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with potential for leadership to become part of our team. We prioritize internal promotions, which is why all new hires begin in our entry-level position centered on direct marketing and team growth. In this role, you will oversee marketing initiatives for our clients, focusing on face-to-face outreach, sales, and promotional efforts. Our distinctive method of direct marketing in an outdoor sales environment consistently surpasses client sales objectives and boosts brand visibility and customer engagement on a daily basis. This position provides opportunities for unlimited commission, paid on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential customers daily, informing them about ongoing promotions in the field
  • Effectively evaluate and qualify leads in the field
  • Manage and drive marketing and sales initiatives within the local community
  • Resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service to current clients
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to remain informed about campaign and promotion updates
  • Monitor personal and team marketing and sales objectives
  • Familiarize yourself with all promotional materials
