About Riverside Auto Group

We are a reputable automotive dealership seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance and insurance team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on compliance, product knowledge, and customer service.

This role is responsible for ensuring all deals comply with lender and dealership guidelines, overseeing turnovers and submissions, and maximizing approvals. We estimate the salary for this position to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all deals are in compliance with lender & dealership guidelines
  • Oversee all turnovers and submissions
  • Maximize approvals and be efficient with subprime rates
  • Monitor & review financial performance daily
  • Maintain good lender relations & add banks/warranty companies to our network
  • Act in a timely manner if problems arise
  • Review deals with lenders and work diligently
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Excellent organizational skills (time management) and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to work with accounting data in an accurate manner
