About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys working with people and has a keen eye for detail. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their automotive needs, and providing personalized solutions that meet their expectations.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options, as well as experience with sales techniques and strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the benefits of various models
- Educate customers about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ongoing training and development opportunities
- Competitive base salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
