Our research focuses on understanding the microvascular basis of cardiovascular dysfunction following inhalation exposures to diverse environmental stressors.

Responsibilities:
* Perform inhalation exposures, aerosol characterization, animal surgeries, instrumentation, experimental series, and data analysis
* Oversee and direct graduate researchers and research assistants in the completion of experiments
Requirements:
* Ph.D. in physiology, toxicology, biology, biomedical engineering, or a relevant biomedical field
* Two years of hands-on experience in laboratory animal models and surgical techniques
* Ability to work with laboratory animals, including handling, breeding, dosing, and surgery
* Independence and leadership traits
* Travel to scientific meetings, oral presentations, and writing skills for manuscript and grant preparation
