We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Student Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Collin College. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to students, staff, and faculty, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Student Support: Provide accurate and timely information to students, staff, and faculty regarding college services, programs, and policies.
- Admissions and Enrollment: Process admissions applications, determine residency, and evaluate TSI assessment scores to ensure accurate course placement.
- Record Management: Maintain confidentiality of student records and accurately document master record changes.
- Problem Resolution: Respond to student inquiries, resolve problems, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of related experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $35,344.00. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
