Salary Information

$500 signing-bonus after 4 months of service

$15.00 per hour salary for Zip Line Attendants at TradeWinds Island Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Job Description

We are seeking Zip Line Attendants who will provide first-class service to our guests.

You will be responsible for providing a memorable experience on our zip-line attraction for our guests while ensuring safe operation.

You will also supervise the progress and experience of each guest, fit harnesses and helmets correctly, and supervise the use of all safety equipment.

You will use customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest and assure the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.

You will conduct complete inspections of all course components and gear and assist with course maintenance efforts.

Requirements

  • Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
  • Must be a true service professional with an outgoing, friendly and accommodating personality.
  • Must be able to work safely outdoors in Florida's hot climate for 8 hours or more.
  • Ability to interact with guests of all ages placing a focus on children.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment while holding self-accountable to individual responsibilities.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs or more.
