Location Description:Retro-Florida meets modern-chic at Bellwether Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach. Overview:We are seeking an experienced Painter who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our Engineering team. Responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance duties such as wall repair (Stucco, textured), painting, and supporting the Engineering team with different tasks. Collaboration with colleagues is crucial, so flexibility and a positive mindset are important traits for this position.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous engineering/painting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Enjoys collaborative team environments.
- Flexible schedule availability, potentially including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a tactful approach.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 50-75 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs., including carrying loads on stairs.
Your Role:
- Preparing surfaces: Cleaning, scraping, wire brushing, steam cleaning, or abrasive blast cleaning surfaces.
- Applying coatings: Using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other equipment to apply under and finish coats of paint.
- Maintaining equipment: Cleaning, performing routine maintenance, and repairing equipment.
- Examining finished surfaces: Verifying conformance to specifications and retouching any defective areas.
- Your daily routine involves conducting detailed assessments to identify areas requiring care and attention.
- Whether replicating existing patterns or crafting new ones, you ensure seamless integration of repairs.
