We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Director of Mobile Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile applications, working closely with the VP of Engineering to define and implement strategic approaches to drive Engineering Delivery with High Quality across Report thru Agile Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of our mobile applications, working closely with the VP of Engineering to define and implement strategic approaches to drive Engineering Delivery with High Quality across Report thru Agile Teams.
  2. Collaborate with the development, quality, and product teams to drive and manage process adherence and repeatability.
  3. Conduct manager and lead performance reviews.
  4. Develop and implement software patterns and practices, including better collaboration across development, quality, and product.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years' hands-on development or architecture experience with mission-critical enterprise systems/products and recent experience with Cloud Migration techniques and strategies.

Additionally, the candidate should have 4-6+ years' software experience designing and shipping large Enterprise Systems in the cloud/Azure, with a preference for a Hybrid Cloud design portfolio.

The candidate should also have 4-6+ years' experience and comfort level working with Architecture and DevOps peers in a fast-paced Agile environment, with a demonstrated portfolio of technical cloud transformations.

Finally, the candidate should have 3-5+ years' hands-on experience with partner and tooling ecosystem for Hybrid Cloud Development with Microsoft technologies, with a demonstrated portfolio of process execution with advancing KPIs.
