We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Director to lead our mobile development team at Homecare Homebase, LLC (HCHB). As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic approaches to drive engineering delivery with high quality across multiple agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the VP of Engineering to define and implement strategic approaches to drive engineering delivery with high quality across multiple agile teams.
- Leads shift left and software patterns and practices, including better collaboration across development, quality, and product.
- Drives and manages process adherence and repeatability.
- Conducts manager and lead performance reviews.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years' hands-on development or architecture experience with mission-critical enterprise systems/products and recent experience with cloud migration techniques and strategies.
- 4-6+ years' software experience designing and shipping large enterprise systems in the cloud/Azure (preference given to a hybrid cloud design portfolio).
- 4-6+ years' experience and comfort level working with architecture and DevOps peers in a fast-paced agile environment with a demonstrated portfolio of technical cloud transformations.
- 4-6+ years' hands-on code level management and leadership experience, including patterns and practices (code reviews, paired programming, velocity management).
