Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Auditor will conduct quality assurance audit reviews on internal teams, produce reporting based on results, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or audit, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily reviews of department processes to ensure they can perform job functions efficiently.
• Perform quality assurance of client requests to programming along with letter library requests on a daily basis.
• Update and maintain policies and procedures for QA.
• Maintain accurate records of tests and reviews conducted.
• Prepare reports on quality metrics and findings along with remediation suggestions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular meetings with department managers to discuss findings.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
