Job Title: Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex hardware systems for our satellite communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hardware systems for satellite communication activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware systems with software and other components
  • Test and validate hardware systems to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware systems
  • Provide technical expertise and support to other teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with RF communication antennas and associated transmit and receive hardware systems
  • Experience with high-speed networks, IT systems, and real-time software applications supporting communication systems
  • Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 - $179,000
