- Oversee the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of electrical fixtures and systems.
- Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers to ensure project schedules and deadlines are met.
- Lead and empower individuals within your team to achieve project goals.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid journeyman or master license from the State Board of Electrical Examiners.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
