Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our electrical projects and teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading and empowering individuals within your team, and overseeing quality within your project(s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead and empower individuals within your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Oversee quality within your project(s), ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards.
  • Manage subcontractors, inspecting and installing electrical fixtures in gas, water, and drainage systems.
  • Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Valid journeyman or master license from the State Board of Electrical Examiners.
  • Strong work ethics, leadership skills, and the ability to empower individuals on your team.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
  • Ability to work 6am to 5pm Monday thru Friday and occasional Saturdays.
  • Journeyman and Master Electricians must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, local city and national electrical codes, practices, and procedures within the electrical field.
