What will you do?

Main Objective

The Maintenance Reliability Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing assets through effective maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes leading a team of maintenance technicians and planners, managing daily maintenance issues, and allocating resources to maintain and improve equipment performance.

Main Activities

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and planners to execute maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a spare parts inventory management system to ensure availability of critical components and minimize lead times for repairs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate and manage work performed by outside contractors, ensuring compliance with all safety and technical policies.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Engineering degree highly preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in maintenance/asset management with 5 of those years at a supervisor/leadership position.
  • Experience within a food/beverage manufacturing facility.
  • Microsoft Office skills and SAP (nice to have).
  • Leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually, based on several factors including education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. Kerry offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and retirement contribution.
