Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new customer credit applications, conduct credit assessments, and liaise with customer trade references to propose credit terms and limits.
- Analyze A/R Aging reports to identify overdue accounts, short payments, or chargebacks, and work towards resolving outstanding balances.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding account information or documentation, including invoices and statements.
- Maintain a tracking system for pending short payments and credit memo requests using Excel for follow-up.
- Process and monitor credit card payments on Excel for advance cash orders or international account transactions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, management, accounting, and customers to foster a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial collections within an Industrial or Manufacturing setting.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven experience in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and adaptability are crucial.
- Ability to make timely and sound credit decisions.
- Quick to adapt to shifting priorities and conditions, effectively managing complexity and volume.
- A collaborative and innovative team player who seeks to enhance and streamline standard processes.
- A strong sense of service and ownership in the role.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, requiring minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet credit reports.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
