  • Provide direct patient care activities, including IV management, under the supervision of the RN.
  • Implement treatments and procedures within the scope of practice for the Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Assist in developing and updating the plan of care with regard to the patient's age and developmental needs.
  • Participate in professional development and lifelong learning.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Nursing degree
  • Valid Driver's License
  • LPN - IV Cert
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in home health care or a related field
