**Position Overview: Global Process Improvement Strategist**
We are seeking a dynamic _Global Process Improvement Strategist_ to join our committed team within a vast organization, dedicated to enhancing safety, security, and access management. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions that facilitate secure access, ensuring the well-being of individuals in various settings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with Allegion divisions worldwide to standardize, enhance, and automate core processes while driving ongoing improvement initiatives.
+ Cultivate a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to share feedback and ideas for optimal process outcomes.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to strategically prioritize improvement opportunities, leading the efforts to define, test, train, and implement process enhancements.
+ Establish accountability through effective process metrics, traceability, and reporting, while proactively supporting teams in their endeavors.
+ Create and maintain engaging training resources for all levels of the organization.
+ Utilize recognized process improvement and change management methodologies to drive success.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies; certification is preferred.
+ Strong expertise in at least one key functional area (operations, quality, procurement, or engineering) with a broad understanding of cross-functional processes.
+ Demonstrated success in collaborative leadership and teamwork across various organizational levels, with a focus on requirements development and enterprise change management.
+ Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to transform enterprise processes and methodologies.
+ Excellent communication skills with a talent for crafting engaging training materials.
+ A bachelor’s degree is required, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
