  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication regimens, fostering a sense of empowerment and active involvement in the healing process.
  • Utilize advanced technology and telemedicine tools to facilitate remote monitoring and consultations, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and stay informed about emerging healthcare trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree in nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a fast-paced ICU or ER setting, excellent vascular access skills, showcasing a strong clinical acumen (infusions, wound care, etc.) and critical thinking skills.
  • Ultrasound guided IV skills a major plus.
  • Comfortable utilizing technology to determine scheduling, providing care, and reporting patient results.
  • Willingness to travel locally (Union County) to care for patients.
  • Dedication to delivering patient-centered care, with an emphasis on compassion, empathy, and dignity.

Pay Rates:

Monday through Friday (up to 2-hour visits): Next Day ($57 per hour), Same Day ($62.50 per hour). Saturday and Sunday (up to 2-hour visits): Next Day ($60 per hour), Same Day ($65 per hour).
