As a Behavioral Therapist Team Lead at Action Behavior Centers, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day case management for children on the autism spectrum, completing initial intake and recurring assessments, collecting data, and creating individualized treatment plans. You will also provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clients, lead and educate a team of Registered Behavior Therapists, and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs, handle a client caseload of 3 patients, and be in charge of clinical quality training and compliance at your center. You will also assist with intakes, discharge, and transition planning for clients, and be part of a caring and team-oriented company culture.

What you will bring to our organization:

  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience, plus attractive bonus opportunities and relocation assistance. We also provide health insurance coverage, Health Savings Accounts, free in-house CEUs, and a 401K retirement plan with company matching.
