Job Opportunity

Alternate Solutions Health Network LLC is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their team in providing high-quality home health care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, as ordered by the attending physician.
  • Assess patient conditions and notify the Occupational Therapist of any changes.
  • Develop and implement plans of care to improve patient functional status.
  • Counsel patients and families on disease management and proper use of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Current license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a OTA in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
