Your Role
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in our sales team, focusing on expanding the adoption of our products among our current clients and onboarding new firms to our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage client relationships throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful activation and ongoing support.
- Engage with key clients to address and resolve complex platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with our relationship management team to devise strategies for existing client coverage.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, leveraging both personal initiatives and collaboration with our marketing team.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and client relationships utilizing CRM tools, while partnering with the data team to enhance internal reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of Flourish's product and functional strategies.
- Be prepared for travel to meet clients and attend industry conferences (50-75% travel).
- Stay informed about trends in the financial sector, particularly in wealth management.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders at Flourish.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven background in financial sales, with a preference for experience in financial technology.
- Possession of a Series 7 license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
- Experience working in a dynamic team environment with minimal supervision.
- High comfort level with technology in both personal and professional contexts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and independent mindset.
- Energetic, positive, and charismatic demeanor.
- Experience selling to wealth managers or working within a wealth management firm is preferred.
- Familiarity with Retirement Investment Advisors is strongly preferred.
