Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload in accordance with State Regulations
  • Ensure new patients receive a psychosocial assessment and an interpretive summary as per the guidelines in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual
  • Collaborate with patients to develop a Preliminary Treatment Plan within the designated timeframe
  • Conduct Treatment Plan Reviews and updates for each patient following the completion of the Comprehensive Treatment Plan
  • Prepare aftercare transition plans for all patients as early as feasible and review them prior to discharge
  • Maintain proficiency with State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR, HIPAA regulations, and Company policies

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Candidates must be CSAC certified or eligible for CSAC supervision.
