We offer a range of services, including advocacy, education, clinical services, and research, to support individuals in their recovery journey.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will work with individuals and groups to provide evaluation, screening, and assessment services, as well as counseling and therapy sessions.

You will be responsible for servicing a primary caseload and documenting client progress in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients
  • Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to support client recovery
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (counseling, social work, psychology, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a level II background check and drug screen
  • Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (CAC) or Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) preferred
