Job Title: Senior Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Manager to join our team at ANR Group Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex projects.

Job Summary:

The Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that projects are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in a related field of study or business, and 10 years of mechanical experience in a nuclear, steam-cycle, and/or regulated industrial environment.
  • Proven experience in construction management, including multiple refueling outages at a commercial nuclear powerplant.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Enterprise Management Software, logic-driven schedules, and code and regulatory requirements.
