Client Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Owner to join our team at Bank of America. As a Process Owner, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of one or more client engagement processes, providing business support to enterprise-wide initiatives that transform tools and processes to drive revenue, performance, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagement processes to drive performance, efficiency, and risk reduction
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to conduct risk assessments and identify mitigations
- Represent the Financial Center Client Engagement Process team in discussions with business leaders and support partners
- Evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact
- Leadership skills and experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent project management and solution development skills
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
