Key Responsibilities- Exam Room Preparation: Prepare exam rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Medical Procedures: Assist with medical exams, office procedures, administer medications or injections, and provide patient education as directed by physicians.
- Lab Reporting: Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties to ensure timely and accurate communication with patients and providers.
- Patient Communication: Answer phones, field questions about medical issues, and communicate effectively with patients, employees, and physicians.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Certifications: CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Qualifications: Allergy and/or ENT experience, bilingual skills strongly preferred.
