Senior Manager, Provider Enrollment

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Provider Enrollment to oversee the day-to-day responsibilities of the Provider Enrollment Department. This role will ensure the efficiency and accuracy of work, supervise and train representatives and coordinators, and maintain and update credentialing reports.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all employees in the provider enrollment department
- Monitor training of new hires and current employees on processes and procedures
- Resolve department issues with the Associate Director
- Maintain and update credentialing reports
- Communicate provider enrollment status to providers, Client Services, and Billing Operations as needed
- Adjust procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies
- Encourage constructive feedback from staff and between team members
- Screen and interview candidates
- Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program, including HIPAA Privacy and Security
- Review and approve time and attendance records according to company standards
- Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews
- Uphold company mission, vision, and values
- Facilitate meetings within the department and make presentations to senior management as needed
- Ability to handle client and provider information discreetly and confidentially
- Ability to organize information with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain strong client/provider relationships
- Ability to comprehend and communicate contract information
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2-4 years of related experience in a healthcare setting preferred
