Healthcare Software Program Coordinator


The Healthcare Software Program Coordinator is primarily accountable for overseeing the scope, timeline, and financial aspects of all assigned initiatives, while exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and program management methodologies.

The Coordinator will manage multiple initiatives across various healthcare sectors, collaborating closely with the executive leadership to interpret objectives and relay progress.


Responsibilities include leading meetings, conducting site assessments, coordinating supply chain activities, managing master schedules, facilitating communication, processing change orders, and documenting post-project evaluations and implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs the project timeline and oversees the event planning.
  • Extensive experience in executing process evaluations that govern operational functions, including reviewing workflows, gathering data, analyzing procedures, identifying enhancement opportunities, and implementing changes.
  • Proficient in software development skills (Python, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
  • Accountable for the project's scope, requirements, risks, resources, and timelines.
  • Acts as the primary liaison for multiple initiatives, ensuring team alignment.
  • Collaborates with team members across various departments and organizations.
  • Provides progress reports that indicate measurable advancements.
  • Ensures that all issues are documented, with resolutions reached or escalated as necessary.
  • Manages the project budget, revenue forecasts, risks, and scope.
  • Responsible for preparing and completing the client acceptance process.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in project management for software implementation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
