**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Leader to join our team at Meteor Education. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This position will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from purchase order through completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend project meetings to establish overall project scope and manage project execution
  • Collaborate with the Studio Team to deliver exceptional customer journeys
  • Direct, coordinate, and manage tasks, assignments, and completion for entire studio and project teams
  • Coordinate with the Studio Team to develop work plans, schedules, and logistics based on overall project parameters, project schedule, and customer goals
  • Review project sites, plans, and product specifications
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with customers and provide detailed project updates

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a college degree or equivalent experience
  • An MVR check is required; must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of project management, including account management, order management, installation, relocation, and project administration
  • Project Management accreditation (PMP) is a plus
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask while managing timelines and deadlines
  • Ability to think critically, make quick decisions, and problem-solve
  • Strong attention to detail
