Job Summary:

This role is perfect for a seasoned PAM engineer looking to help build out a maturing program.

The Raymond James Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a talented CyberArk Engineer to join our dynamic and growing PAM team.

This engineer will sit with the IAM Engineering team as a global organization based out of St. Petersburg, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.
  • Implement operational ticket workflows to provide a medium for customers to consume PAM services
  • Execute best practices in onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of vaulted/managed accounts
  • Implement Continuous Control Monitoring as necessary for PAM operational excellence and to ensure security best practices are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Sciences, or related degree and 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Incumbents shall be required to work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with CyberArk and ticketing systems (SNOW preferred)
  • Security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
  • Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
  • Experience with CyberArk privileged cloud (preferred)
  • Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred)
  • Experience with Splunk (preferred)
