Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Director to join our team. As a Residential Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative oversight and responding to industry changes with creative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health, with experience in residential settings. You will be responsible for the organizational effectiveness of the group homes, ensuring compliance with ICF/MR and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative oversight and respond to industry changes with creative solutions
- Ensure compliance with ICF/MR and other regulatory requirements
- Facilitate effective communication with external resources, internal support staff, direct reports, and supervisor
- Provide on-going supervision, staff development, and evaluation of assigned staff
- Monitor division budget and controls expenses
- Maintain group home census by working with referral sources, offering tours, and providing materials and general information on group homes
- Bachelor Degree in Education, Social Work or related field or at least ten (10) years experience
- Eight (8) years experience in ID/DD programs or Residential setting
- Six (6) years management experience
