We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of nursing experience.
- National certification in area of specialty.
