We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in various departments, including medical-surgical, critical care, and emergency departments.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- National certification in area of specialty.
