We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and compassion.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
