Job Summary

The Training Specialist role at Demo - Maximus is a dynamic position that requires a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs that meet the needs of employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training curricula and materials that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Deliver training programs in a variety of formats, including classroom, online, and on-the-job training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, including experience in instructional design and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
  • Experience with multimedia development tools, such as Captivate.
